Does Lennebelle ship internationally?
Yes we do. We ship worldwide.
What are the shipping costs?
We always ship with track & trace. Meaning you can follow your package during the delivery process.
Netherlands : €3,95 – free shipping for orders + €50,-
Belgium & Germany : €6,00 – free shipping for orders + €100,-
Europe : €10,00 – free shipping for orders + €150,-
Worldwide : € 20,00- free shipping for orders + €200,-
NOTE: We are not responsible for any customs, tax or import costs.
Has my order been shipped yet?
Your order will be shipped within 48 hours on work days. As soon as your order is dispatched, you will be sent an e-mail to confirm that it’s on the way. In this e-mail you will find the track & trace code of your parcel. You can follow your order by clicking on the link in the shipping confirmation e-mail.
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Here you can find how long it may take for your order to arrive at your doorstep when it has been shipped. Keep in mind these are estimated timeframes.
The Netherlands : 1-2 working days
Europe : 2-7 working days
Rest of the world : 5-10 working days
NOTE: When it takes longer this most of the time means that your order got held up in customs.
WARRANTY & GOLD PLATING SERVICE
Does the jewelry have a warranty?
We offer a 6 month warranty. When your jewelry has an issue due to manufacturing within six months after purchase, Lennebelle will cover any repairs or will take care of a replacement.
Our warranty does not cover any damages due to wear and tear and/or negligence. Please follow the advise and instructions on our Jewelry Care page. For this warranty to apply we will need an invoice of your purchase.
If anything happens to the beading or lock afterwards we are here to help.
Note: Sale items do not have a warranty
How does the Gold Plating Service work?
Twice a year you can send us your bracelet/necklace and we will give it it’s shine back by giving it a new gold plated layer. The costs are € 15,- ex shipping costs.

Note: The ball chain jewelry are not suitable for the gold plating service.

COSTUM MADE ORDERS
I can’t find what I am looking for. Do you offer custom made orders?
We love to help you out with any custom request. For example other type of beads, a certain type of gemstone, more engraved letters etc. Just send an e-mail and we will let you know if we can help you.
Can I order a new or different length necklace for my locket?
If you already have a Lennebelle locket necklace and wish to have a different length or if your necklace is broken we can send you a new necklace. These are not available in the webshop. In silver the necklace is € 29,- and in gold plated € 39,- ex shipping costs, no matter the length or type of chain. Send us an e-mail and we will take care of it.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
How do I return my order?
We wish for all our customer to be happy with their purchase! If the order is not exactly what you expected or when you wish to receive another item please let us know. Please send us an e-mail at info@lennebelle.com and we will get back to you with a return form.
You have the right to return your purchases within 14 days. These 14 days start from the day you have received the goods. Products are to be returned in perfect condition, in original, undamaged packaging. Lennebelle reserves the right to refuse any returns.
Please provide us with a tracking number of the returned package.
Depending on the reason the return costs are paid by Lennebelle or by the customer.
Can I return a costumised piece of jewelry?
When you choose to have your piece of jewelry engraved or in any other way custumised it will be made esspecialy for you. In this case the jewelry is final sale and can not be returned.
Can I exchange my jewelry for another piece?
Yes you can. If you wish to exchange, the price difference will be settled with the price already paid plus the shipping costs will be charged when we send you the new piece. The new piece of jewelry will be shipped to you as soon as we have received the item that you with to exchange. Please get in touch to receive a return form.
When do I receive my refund?
After receiving your parcel, we will refund your purchasing amount within five working days.
LOCKET PHOTO SERVICE
Can you help with the photo’s in my locket?
Yes, we have two options;
- Locket with photo service
- Free photo resize service
How does it work?
Choose your preferred option when ordering a locket.
- Locket with photos service + € 10,-
* The lockets are pretty small so the more people in a photo the smaller they become, the closer people are in a photo the better.
Free photo resize service
When you have ordered your locket, you can send us two photos by replying to your order confirmation. We will resize them to fit perfectly into your locket. We will send the resized photos back to you by e-mail. Then you can print and cut the photos yourself and fit them inside the locket behind the edges.
