Has my order been shipped yet?
Your order will be shipped within 48 hours on work days. As soon as your order is dispatched, you will be sent an e-mail to confirm that it’s on the way. In this e-mail you will find the track & trace code of your parcel. You can follow your order by clicking on the link in the shipping confirmation e-mail.
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Here you can find how long it may take for your order to arrive at your doorstep when it has been shipped. Keep in mind these are estimated timeframes.

Returns & Exchanges
How do I return my order?
We wish for all our customer to be happy with their purchase! If the order is not exactly what you expected or when you wish to receive another item please let us know. Please send us an e-mail at email@example.com with your order number, the product(s) you wish to return/ exchange and specify your reason of return. If you like to exchange it for another product, please state which item you would like to receive.
You have the right to return your purchases within 14 days. These 14 days start from the day you have received the goods. Products are to be returned in perfect condition, in original, undamaged packaging. Lennebelle reserves the right to refuse any returns. Customised items can’t be returned.
Write ‘RETURNS‘ on the box to ensure faster service and put a note in the parcel with your name. If possible, please provide us with a tracking number.
Depending on the reason the return costs are paid by Lennebelle or by the customer.
When do I receive my refund?
After receiving your parcel, we will refund your purchasing amount within five working days.
Warranty, Product Repair & Service
Does the jewelry have a warranty?
All products have a a warranty for manufactural defects. We take the utmost care for all jewelry that is shipped out. When you check your jewelry upon arrival and if in anycase you receive a bracelet or necklace with a manufactural defect we will take care of a replacement. Please get in touch within the 14 days return policy.
If anything happens with your jewelry afterwards we are here to help and support you with repairs. The costs vary on a case by case basis. Also see or free of charge gold-plating service.
Do you offer a repair service?
Yes we do. Depending on the type of damage we can take care of repairs. Please send us a photo of your jewelry so we can see what we can do and we can inform you about the costs and repair time.
Gold plating service
Twice a year you can send us your bracelet/necklace and we will give it it’s shine back by giving it a new gold plated layer. We will only charge the shipping costs. Get in touch for more information.
