Has my order been shipped yet?
Your order will be shipped within 48 hours on work days. As soon as your order is dispatched, you will be sent an email to confirm that it’s on the way with the ‘track & trace’ code. Your order can be tracked by clicking on the link in the shipping confirmation e-mail.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Here you can find how long it may take for your order to arrive at your doorstep when it has been shipped. Keep in mind these are estimated timeframes. Also when you live outside of The Netherlands your order can get held up in customs and take longer to arrive at your doorstep.

RETURNS

How do I return my order?
Please contact us before returning any items. You will receive the return address by e-mail. You have the right to return your purchase within 14 days. These 14 days start from the day you received the goods. Products are to be returned in original condition in original, undamaged packaging. Lennebelle reserves the right to refuse any returns. Customised items can’t be returned.
